During your consultation, your trainer will conduct an in-depth review of your health and fitness background, discuss any past or current injuries, and talk about your individual goals for personalized training. This is also a chance for you to ask any questions or share concerns. To assess your fitness level, your trainer will administer a series of tests, which will help them create a tailored training program just for you.

2 - How much does it cost?

Pricing varies based on the type of training you choose, the frequency of your visits, and whether you opt for single or multiple sessions. 3 - What are the advantages of personal training at the InfraFit Studio?

In our Studio you will find the innovative machines brought straight from Europe. The benefits of personal training are multi-fold. You will have more energy and feel better about yourself by committing to improvement, through living a healthier lifestyle. You will start to make better choices throughout the day and over the course of time you will become stronger, increase your endurance, and achieve better balance and stability.

4 - When will I see results?

This depends on what kind of results we’re talking about. You may have more energy within a matter of hours or a few days. Fat loss or weight loss will occur as quickly a few days to a few weeks depending on your lifestyle choices. To see increased strength it will take 5-7 weeks. For an overall feeling of well-being and a sense of better strength, it could be a matter of just a few weeks.

5 - I am a performance athlete. Will InfraFit Studio provide enough of a challenge for me?

There are several options for individuals who already performing at high levels. For many, HIIT training (high intensity interval training) will challenge even the elite athlete.

6 - Will I lose weight?

It’s a simple equation – burn more calories than you take in – but it’s a complex solution. If you think that you can simply workout and eat anything you want, then you’re going to have a harder time losing weight. However, if you have the right mindset, some good nutritional guidance, some discipline and the right follow through then this could be one element in the recipe for success. We also offer Meal plans that helps you in achive your goals even faster.

8 - How many times per week do I see a trainer and what kinds of results can I expect?

If your goal is weight loss, an excellent plan is to use our Infrastar Bike or work out with a trainer on the personalised Power plate training 3-4 times per week, that leaves enough time for your body to regenerate.

9 - What Should You Wear at InfraFit Studio?

Joggers, leggings, and athletic shorts are some of the most popular choices for training.
